1.1 The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or over.
1.2 Entrants must enter on behalf of a child or young person aged 7–17 who would be the intended recipient of the prize.
1.3 Employees, founders and immediate family members of BeNative Online are not eligible to enter.
1.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.
2.1 The giveaway opens on 21 September 2026.
2.2 Entries close at [14:00] UK time on 1 October 2026.
2.3 Any entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

3.2 Participants may receive one additional entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @BeNativeOnline.
3.3 Only genuine and valid entries will be included in the draw.
3.4 Automated, fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
There are three prizes:
First Prize:
Four 50-minute 1:1 English sessions with a native British teacher.
Second Prize:
Two months of BeNative Online Conversation Club. The winner may choose either Kids Chat (ages 7–12) or Teen Talk (ages 13–17).
Third Prize:
One month of BeNative Online Conversation Club. The winner may choose either Kids Chat (ages 7–12) or Teen Talk (ages 13–17).
4.1 The second and third prize winners may choose the group programme that is most appropriate for their child or teen.
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4.3 Sessions are subject to BeNative Online's availability and normal scheduling arrangements.
4.4 The prizes must be used by the child/teen identified by the winning parent or guardian and may not be transferred to another person without the prior agreement of BeNative Online.
5.1 Before a child or teenager joins their first Kids Chat or Teen Talk session, the child/teen and their parent or legal guardian must complete a short 5-minute safety call with BeNative Online.
5.2 This safety call forms part of BeNative Online's normal safeguarding process.
5.3 BeNative Online reserves the right to refuse participation where its safeguarding requirements cannot be satisfactorily completed.
6.1 After the giveaway closes, all entries will be checked to ensure that the entry requirements have been met.
6.2 Valid entries will be entered into the random draw.
6.3 Three different winners will be selected at random using a spin-the-wheel/random selection process.
6.4 The first winner selected will receive the First Prize.
6.5 The second winner selected will receive the Second Prize.
6.6 The third winner selected will receive the Third Prize.
6.7 Evidence of the random selection process will be retained by BeNative Online.
7.1 Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official @BeNativeOnline Instagram account within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
7.2 Winners must respond within 7 days of the initial contact.
7.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, BeNative Online reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
7.4 BeNative Online will never ask a winner to provide payment or payment details in order to claim a prize.
8.1 Once a winner has responded, BeNative Online will contact the winning parent or guardian privately to arrange the prize.
8.2 No payment is required to claim a prize.
8.3 Sessions must be arranged with BeNative Online and are subject to available dates and times.
8.4 The second and third prize winners will be asked whether Kids Chat or Teen Talk is the most appropriate option for their child/teen.
9.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
9.2 By entering this promotion, participants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to the promotion.
10.1 Personal information provided by entrants or winners will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with BeNative Online's applicable privacy policy.
10.2 Entrants should not post personal information about children publicly as part of their entry.
10.3 Any information required to arrange a prize will be collected privately from the winning parent or guardian.
11.1 BeNative Online may announce that the giveaway has ended and that winners have been selected.
11.2 BeNative Online will not publicly share a child's personal information as part of the winner announcement.
11.3 Any use of a winner's name, Instagram username, photograph or other personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to the appropriate permission.
12.1 BeNative Online reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
12.2 Any significant changes will be communicated through the official @BeNativeOnline Instagram account.
