As per stated in the Bemidji JO Handbook, there are no refunds for deciding to quit after being placed on a team.

All forms must be signed and returned to the JO Director by the start of the first practice to be able to practice.
If not turned in at the parent/player meeting,
print out handbook agreement below and mail or bring to first practice.
