*Drop off/pick up times during the week are from 8-9 am and again from 5-6pm. Please connect with us a day or two before to confirm a time. (We occasionally need to modify these to accommodate our family.)
*Sunday pick up/drop off is from 4-6pm
Cancellation Policy: You need to cancel 48 hours prior to the day of boarding otherwise you will be charged for one night per dog that is booked. With that being said we are not going to keep credit cards on file to enforce this. If you decide not to pay we will not provide services for you until the bill is paid.
