Application Store means the digital distribution platform operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) from which the Application is downloaded.

Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party. “Control” refers to ownership of 50% or more of shares, equity, or voting rights for the appointment of directors or equivalent authority.

Country refers to the United Kingdom.

Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to 4EVERFUN INNOVATIONS LIMITED, located at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London.

Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including computers, mobile phones, and tablets.

Regardless of any damages You may incur, the total liability of the Company and its suppliers under these Terms shall not exceed the amount You paid through the Service, or USD 100 if You have made no purchases.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, privacy, business interruption, or system failure — arising from Your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
