Designed for Purpose - An Engineering Perspective

In the beginning, God created; from an engineering perspective, God is the ultimate designer, builder, and tester. He gives us purpose, and He works in us to will and do His purpose. Our designs and creations replicate the wonders of God’s creation. Also, we are to build others on the foundation of Christ as wise Master Builders, sharing our faith, sharing Christ, and sharing God’s love. This presentation will take a look at the ultimate role of God as the designer of all, our role from an engineering design process view to build and produce, and our personal role in everyday life to lead and grow others. 

The Wonderful World of Mathematics

God's fingerprint and handiwork are throughout nature in the language of mathematics. Learn and be inspired by the beauty of how the language of mathematics describes and is intertwined with the world God created. 

College, Career, and Calling 

Exploring God’s heart and direction for the questions around career and calling such as; What am I good at? What career should I pursue? Am I where God has purposed me to be? How should I view the need for finances and provision? God loves us and has great plans. As a part of generation Z, you have many unique challenges, yet also great unique callings. 

AI, Automation, and Anxiety 

This workshop will discuss the relationship between the challenges that Artificial Intelligence brings to our generation, the automation growth that causes us to adjust, and the anxiety that continues to be a growing struggle in the midst of technological advances. Steps towards solutions from a biblical worldview will be discussed and considered. Hopefully you will leave this workshop with simple tools, a greater sense of peace, and be encouraged to continue serving your families and spheres of influence in a God-honoring manner.

Connection with Conversations 

There are many times in our lives and in our conversations that we are not as fully aware of God's presence, involvement, and sovereignty in our lives as we could. This workshop will give tips, tools, and strategies to strengthen our relationships with God focused conversations in a way that is open, honest, and fruitful. The challenges, management, and flow of these types of discussions will be shared with many testimonies and examples of how the questions have blessed our family and many others. This session is based many previous interactions sparked by the book " Talk Time: Questions for God Focused Conversations" by Dr. Bell.
