A community that focuses on growth and not shame; a mutual agreement to be considerate of and care for each person's individual needs as well as the organization’s needs.
Safety shows up as making conscious choices to support the wellbeing of community - whether that’s about what we bring to the farm each day or how we approach our daily work. It shows up as maintaining appropriate boundaries. It shows up as practicing self-care and helping others do the same.
Taking ownership, initiative, interconnectedness. Mutual care and responsibility for oneself, for the organization, and for the community. Setting and meeting realistic goals.
Accountability shows up as upholding our own and one another's rights and responsibilities, taking initiative to jump in and do what needs to be done, and doing what we say we’re going to do when we say we’re going to do it.
