Agency shows up as supporting opportunities to build decision making capacity, exercise healthy risk, and make a case for a certain course of action. It shows up as empowering individual people to make decisions and move things forward as key individual parts of a high-functioning team.

A community that focuses on growth and not shame; a mutual agreement to be considerate of and care for each person's individual needs as well as the organization’s needs.
Safety shows up as making conscious choices to support the wellbeing of community - whether that’s about what we bring to the farm each day or how we approach our daily work. It shows up as maintaining appropriate boundaries. It shows up as practicing self-care and helping others do the same.
