Once this digital registration form is submitted, your Camper's spot will be held for at least 1 week to complete any additional forms (GSUSA Registration, Financial Assistance) and submit payment.
Registration is considered complete after GS Membership is confirmed and all forms and payment have been received.
Payment must be received in order to reserve your Camper's spot. Please contact BellevueTwilightRegistrar@gmail.com with any questions about payment submission.
In order to dispense prescription medication during camp, we must have Part 2 (found on page 3) of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington Girl Permissions and Health History Form on file. If we do not have this form on file, your Camper is welcome to attend camp, and we not be able to dispense their medications.

Note: You do not have to fill out Sections 1 (beyond the initial Contact Information section), 3, and 4. Section 1 is covered in our digital registration form, and Sections 3 and 4 are inapplicable to this Twilight Camp.
