I will always be available for assisting customers if there is an issue. Please ensure that you read the description of the item before purchasing. All of my listings will include any specialized specific information (whether its for SLink or otherwise).

I will be happy to help if you are unable to apply the item or are having another technical issue, but not if you buy the item without reading the description.

STORE INFO

✼ Do you have an in-world store?

• No. I prefer to have the store just on the Marketplace due to it having better traffic. My kid avatar has a store on the Marketplace as well.

✼ Do you need bloggers?

• I’d love to have you contact me. I would also love to have new blogs feature my items as well. Use the Blogger Application Form to tell me about your blog.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

✼ Why is everything so inexpensive?

• I don’t believe in charging outrageously for anything and because I don’t have an in-world store, I am able to keep my prices low.

✼ Do you do custom work?

• Yes! Please fill out the Custom Item Request Form. Alternatively, if you see something you like, but would like it in a different color, contact me the same way.

✼ What permissions do you use?

• All products are copy/no transfer and whether it’s mod or no mod depends on the item. To gift, use the gift option on the Marketplace.

✼ What is your refund/return policy?

• If you have an issue and I cannot resolve it for you, I will issue a refund. Because my items are no transfer, I will require taking a look at the rezzed out item and your temporary permissions. I will try to reissue a working item to you and if it doesn’t work, it means it’s a problem on your end and a refund will not be issued.

✼ I didn’t get my Marketplace item. HELP!

• Fill out the Marketplace Redelivery Request Form and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

✼ I accidentally paid for the item twice.

• I cannot issue a refund for this, but I’ll be happy to give you something else of the same value or give it to a friend or alt of yours. Just contact me.
