The Programs team's core function is enhancing the guest experience-- bringing the stories of the boats, the river and the community to life onboard our recurring cruises and special events. 

Our Content and Communications team helps share the stories that make Belle of Louisville Riverboats so special, bringing awareness to our vessels' unique place in history and the delight of cruising aboard them. Through storytelling, social and other digital media, and other efforts, our Content and Communications crew bring depth to the Belle of Louisville Riverboats experience. In addition, the Content and Communications team manages external and internal communications, helping our organization connect with our community and each other.
