We are a home-based studio therefore no extra guests/friends/children are allowed (unless you have booked a back-to-back session together).
Should you require an additional person with you, please inform me in advance.
Booking
A 50% booking deposit is required in order to secure your date.
Bookings are only available via FRESHA, our main booking channel.
All availability can be seen when you click the "book now" button.
- Once a date is confirmed, I will message you from our business WhatsApp. Please state whether you bank via capitec or another bank.
- A payment link will then be generated and sent. Please pay your deposit within 24 hours of receiving this link or you will forfeit your date.
(If you would like to purchase any additional items, an invoice will be sent to your email & 50% of your full invoice amount will be required)
- Please check your email after booking your slot. You should receive a link to a consultation form that needs to be filled out before your appointment date (not on the day). You only need to complete this form once, It is kept on record thereafter and will be amended by me.
I may ask you some questions on your desired outcome and effect, but this might change upon seeing your natural lashes and their health.
- The night before your appointment I will message you with the address as well as what to expect when you arrive.
- You can request to pay your remaining 50% via a payment link, card machine (tap & swipe) or immediate EFT. Only tips will be accepted in cash payments.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund of their deposit.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment require a full sessions fee*
Late-coming & no shows
A 5-10 minute grace period will be given to those who communicate a potential late arrival.
Those who arrive later than 10 minutes will be charged a penalty fee of R50.
I will only work until your allocated time.
Those who do not arrive after 15 minutes will be considered a no show and the full appointment amount is required with no work done*.
I understand that we cannot predict when we fall ill, should you be feeling unwell the morning of your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with the work provided please send me pictures with a detailed explanation of the issue and we will resolve it together.
Please note that by booking with me you agree to uphold this policy. Clients who refuse to pay their penalty fees will not be allowed to make future bookings.
