- Do not steam or wet your lashes for 12 hours after your appointment.
- Avoid the use of heavy makeup, makeup around the eyes and absolutely NO MASCARA OR LASH CURLERS.
- Wash your lashes DAILY & pat/fan dry.
- Brush your lashes upwards daily.
- Stick to using oil free skincare/makeup products
- No rubbing, picking or pulling.
- DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE LASHES YOURSELF.
You will damage, pull out and break off your natural lashes.
Your lashes experience different phases of growth, all growing at different speeds. As they grow with extensions, they will get slightly heavier on the natural lash which can cause the lash to twist around and point downward toward your eyes. This can add weight to the natural lash causing even further discomfort.
Fills are not just replacing the lashes that have shed, but also removing and replacing overgrown lashes.
Fills are also important for maintaining an even and dense lash line, giving you fuller sets, in a shorter amount of time!
Book your fills in advance! Better to do it after you've received a full set, so you don't risk losing availability.

An average person sheds 2-5 eyelashes EVERYDAY.
Hair/skin/nail supplements make lashes grow faster
Some products make extensions fall out faster, avoid oil-based skincare products and eye makeup as much as possible.
Do you have oily skin?
Oily skin = more frequent refills, as lashes may fall off the natural lash as well as grow out quickly. You may also need to cleanse your lashes twice a day
Does your hair and nails grow out quickly?
If they do, your lashes will most likely also grow out really quickly.
I can't stress this enough, CLEANSE your lashes daily for the best retention.

You have to wash your lashes DAILY.
Your eyelids (just as your skin) secrete all sorts of natural oils which can break down the adhesive, causing your lashes to shed much faster.
Dirt buildup also provides an optimal breeding ground for all sorts of bacteria, which can lead to lash lice and many other nasties 😷.
Using a foaming lash wash, with 0 fragrances & oils is essential. Ask me about mine, or ask me about yours, I'll be happy to assist.
After washing, brush through your lashes and dry with a fan. once dry, brush through again and you're good to go!

I will always give you an extra wand after your appointment, please use it. Brushing your lashes helps keep it looking even and fluffy.
Instead of scratching your eyes when it itches, use your brush and rub lightly wherever the itch is. It'll feel much nicer + avoids adding oils from your fingers to your lash-line.
You have to take extra care when it comes to your lash extensions. Please invest in an oil free lash wash and make sure you cleanse your lashes after every gym/crying session.
Tears and swear contain salt, which can cause a buildup on the base of your extensions which will 100% affect your retention. The salt also becomes harder to remove the longer you leave it be, this might cause a visible build-up.
