Bell Bot Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Bell bot! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of Bell bot, a Discord bot developed by @noft ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Bell bot, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you disagree with any part of the TOS, you may not use Bell bot.

2. User Representations & Warranties

• You must be at least the age required by Discord's Terms of Service to use Bell bot.

• You are solely responsible for your use of Bell bot and agree to comply with Discord's Community Guidelines.

• You will not use Bell bot for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

• You will not access or use Bell bot through unauthorized means, such as scripts or bots.

3. Acceptable Use

Bell bot is intended to enhance engagement on Discord for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the 2019's top fighting game of the year for the Nintendo Switch. Bell bot offers features to:

• Generate Personalized Banners: You can create and display banners showcasing your favorite characters, arenas, and backgrounds. These backgrounds may be purchased through the in-bot economy.

• Break Up the Chat: Liven up the conversation with your personalized banners.

• Find Arena IDs Easily: Use slash commands to simplify finding arena IDs for online matches.

You agree not to use Bell bot to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others.

• Spam or flood Discord servers.

• Spread misinformation or disinformation.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Interfere with the normal operation of Bell bot or Discord.

• Use Bell bot to exploit the in-bot economy (e.g., hacking, glitches).

4. Data & Privacy (if applicable)

• If Bell bot collects any user data, we will explain what data is collected and how it is used in a separate Privacy Policy.

• You hereby consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers & Warranties

• We make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content or functionality of Bell bot.

• We are not responsible for any harm or damages arising from your use of Bell bot or any linked content.

• You use Bell bot at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Bell bot for any reason, at any time, without notice.

7. Updates & Revisions

We may update these TOS from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new TOS on Bell bot or through Discord announcements.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
