As an artistic professional, I’m always looking for the next opportunity to translate what I experience into art. I’ve led a life fully devoted to the arts. It’s no lie to say I live, breathe, and dream of art. I was born and raised in the Bay Area in California. Fortunately for me, I grew up with the real structural foundations to the beginnings of experimentation in modern animation today. I watched a primarily animation-focused Disney channel and Nickelodeon and the birth of Cartoon Network which housed everything from Flintstones to Courage the Cowardly Dog. I was able to observe the transition and evolution that Disney presented with animated films like Lion King, and the birth of the 3D revolution that was made with the introduction of Toy Story and Pixar. I think of visual development artists as a jack of all trades in terms of animation, film, video games, or just visual arts in general, so it was the perfect thing for me in which to transition. As a visual development artist, what I do is creation and emersion. I make worlds that bring the viewer into my creations, and I want to continue to do this via traditional art, CAD 3D sculpting, animation, film, video games, and structures.
