At the BCSL drop off station, consumers must provide a description of the mail, parcel or package along with a definitive location of where the respective items are to be transported to the company receptionist.

On the other hand, consumers can choose the alternative, virtual medium of communication exchange. In this method, via a social media messenger format, clients may send a direct message to an active social media respondent of Belize Courier Services Limited requesting the pickup, inspection and payment for transporting of goods from a specified location.
This option is labelled as the premium service which thus yields a higher cost rate. The drivers, head and assistant, of BCLS will carefully load cargo onto vehicles for the distribution of items to specified locations across Belize City as per demand.
