To ensure guest privacy we will only accommodate one guest party at a time. Thus, if you only require one level during your stay our second suite will not be rented during that time.

Published rates are in US dollars, per floor - upper and lower are identical and include the personal use of their own boat and captain. Each floor can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. If you wish to book the whole estate for large events such as family reunions, weddings, or other specific events, please contact us for special rates.

One Floor (1-level Accommodation) Rates:

• 2 guests $425/night; $50 per additional person.

• Minimum stay 3 nights

• Includes use of boat and captain

Entire Villa (2-level Accommodation) Rates:

• Up to 8 guests $795/night; $50 per additional person (upper/lower floors both included).

• Minimum stay 3 nights

• Includes use of boat and captain

Peak Holiday Seasons:

Thanksgiving - November 23 - 28

Christmas - December 18 - January 3:

• Up to 8 guests $1050/night; $50 per additional person (upper/lower floors both included).

• Minimum Stay - 5 nights

• Includes use of boat and captain

Deposits, cancellations, and other:

• Published rates do not include 9% Government tax

• One night deposit required to confirm all reservations - Non-refundable 90 day's prior to stay.

• Full payment for all reservations is due 60 days prior to arrival.

• Published rates subject to change at any time
