Player of the Month (Jan-26)

Belfast City Inclusion (BCI) is pleased to announce that Gerard McKenna has been named the club’s Player of the Month for January.

Operating with composure and intelligence, he played a pivotal role in maintaining BCI’s structure while contributing meaningfully in both attacking and defensive phases.

Throughout January, McKenna demonstrated exceptional positional awareness and decision-making under pressure. His ability to retain possession in tight areas and transition play effectively provided the platform for several key passages of attacking momentum. Equally important was his off-the-ball contribution — pressing with intent, tracking runners, and maintaining organisational discipline.
