• Do you offer ceremony and reception space? Is it an additional cost to have both? Yes we offer both spaces, at no additional cost.
• How much is the deposit? When is it due? Is it refundable? 50% of the rental is due at the time of the signing of the contract and is non-refundable.
• What is your cancellation policy? Payments made are non-refundable.
• Do you have liability insurance? Do you require us to have wedding insurance? We carry liability insurance but require all clients to have their own event insurance.
• What is the capacity of the wedding venue? We can accommodate up to 250 guests.
• Will you have any other weddings or events booked the same day? We only host one event per day.
• Is there ample on-site parking available? Our venue accommodates up to 120 cars. Arrangements can be made for off-site parking for larger events.
Are there adequate accommodations for restrooms? We have three built-in bathrooms
• For outdoor ceremonies/receptions) What is your weather policy? Is there a backup plan or location if there is bad weather / rain? We recommend using the barn or renting tents.
• Is there an on-site area for the bridal party to get ready? We have a bridal suite with a full bathroom.
• Do you have preferred vendors? Yes, we provide a vendor list after touring the venue. But clients can use any vendor they like.
• Do you have accommodations on site or do you have a partnership with a local hotel? Our bridal suite can be rented and there are hotels in the area.
• What time can vendors start to arrive on the day-of the wedding? The Client(s)/Vendors may arrive on the property beginning at 8:00 AM on the day the event to set up and has until 12:00 PM the day following the event to break down, unless special arrangements have been made between the Client(s) and Bel Cielo Farm.
• Do we need to shut down the music at a certain time? All events held on Friday and Saturday night must end by 12:00 AM. Events held Sunday-Thursday nights must end by 10:00 PM to allow for cleanup and closure of the site by midnight.
• What time do wedding guests need to leave? All guests must vacate the property no later than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event.
• Does everything need to be cleaned up and out immediately after the wedding? Or are we allowed to come back in the morning to finish up? Client is responsible for cleaning and returning the premises to a reasonable appearance as it was prior to the rental. All decorations must be removed by 12:00 PM the day following the event, unless special arrangements have been made between the Client(s) and Bel Cielo Farm.
• Can we supply our own alcohol? Clients are allowed to provide their own alcohol. All liquor must be served by an Insured and Licensed Bartender.
• Do you have any decor from past weddings that we can borrow or rent? We have limited décor that clients can borrow.
