Legal Stuff:

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the below, unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process. (Exceptions or elaboration to any terms will be added in brackets to invoices should it be required)

- I, the artist, hold the right to post my artwork to any site for portfolio purposes, including live streams and timelapse videos. These will include any reference images the client has provided.

- You may not resell my artwork, use it commercially, or for any commercial project, unless we discussed and agreed to this type of usage.

- My artwork is not to be; sold as NFTs, used for cryptocurrency, or future inventions in this space.

- I retain the right to any profits made if, against the terms of the sale, the work is used for monetary gain.

- Payment only accepted through PayPal.

- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

- You may not remove my signature from commissions.

- Finished work will be sent as a 2D file type, usually through PNG, JPEG, or PDF.

- I will not start a commission until I have any requested references. A minimum of half payment is needed for any projects over $100. Commissions under $100 must be paid in full before I start. Should the sketch of the project be reached before the second half of the payment is received, The project will be paused, and a preview of the work done sent to the client. Work on the commission will continue upon receiving the second half of the payment.

- If you are not satisfied with the piece I will not give refunds or redo the piece; I give several feedback stops where ideas can be re-done/refined. No Refunds after the Sketch stage has been approved.

- You may not trace, heavily reference, or claim my work as your own.

- Once the commission is completed, I will send the completed file(s). Once received, the file is the responsibility of the client. While I keep copies of completed commission files, I am not responsible for replacing or resending files should they be lost. It is strongly recommended that you, the client, backup the file(s) once received. Should the client request a file to be re-sent, additional fees may apply.

- Should the client provide me with references of designs that don’t belong to them, or they do not have permission to use, they take sole responsibility for any issues, legal or otherwise, that should arise from this.

-The work may not be used to attack or marginalize anyone. I retain the right to have you remove the artwork from anywhere you are using it if this is the case.
