My name is Bei Zhou (pronounced /ˈbeɪ dʒoʊ/; Chinese version is 周贝). I am currently a Research Associate in the Theory Division at Fermilab (Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory) and an Associate Fellow at KICP (the Kavli Institute for Cosmological Physics) at the University of Chicago.
Prior to this, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow (2020-2023) in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University, where I mainly collaborated with Prof. Marc Kamionkowski. I also collaborated with Prof. Emanuele Berti on gravitational waves.
I earned my Ph.D. (with Prof. John Beacom) from the Department of Physics at The Ohio State University (2015–2020), where I was also affiliated with the Center for Cosmology and AstroParticle Physics (CCAPP).
My primary focus is on theoretical particle astrophysics and cosmology, with particular interests in neutrinos, gamma rays, gravitational waves, and dark matter. You can find all my papers by clicking my Inspire Link or Google Scholar. Check the Research page for more!
