We are so so happy to have Miss Abby Fritz with us this year to heighten (literally!) our experience. A master at aerial arts, Abby will teach us a few intro classes and folks are invited to also join for outdoor aerial gym time at the local Nosara Aerial Institute. Aerial yoga is uniquely compatible with the jungle vibes as we learn to flow with the winds, swing like the monkeys, and challenge ourselves to seek strength and mobility through fun new movements. Get excited these sessions will be truly special! 

Gabriela heals, adorns, and creates magic with her artwork. Both Kyle and Angie have worked with Gabriela on projects and are happy to share what their experiences have been like, what the process is for getting started. You may remember Jessie as a literal ray of sunshine cheering you in a Boston Barry's class, or an outdoor hiphop fest. Well this literal hype gal and golden compass of compassion is now living in Nosara and owns a GORGEOUS new studio space called aleo! We will be joining Jessie for a private dance class and community mingle night - while Jessie joins us for some yoga and chill time adventures between her schedule.
Truly cannot wait to celebrate and visit this loving, and wonderful bestie gem!
