BeHeld is a local-first Chrome extension for capturing, cropping, exporting, copying, and organizing screenshots.
Information BeHeld handles
BeHeld handles website content only when you explicitly choose to capture a screenshot. A screenshot may contain the visible content of the webpage you selected.
How information is used
BeHeld uses screenshots only to provide the features you request, including saving screenshots to a folder you choose, creating thumbnails in the BeHeld Library, copying screenshots to your clipboard, and exporting screenshots as PDFs.
Local storage
Screenshots, folder choices, and clipboard history are stored locally on your device. BeHeld does not upload this information to external servers.
Data sharing and sale
BeHeld does not sell, share, transfer, analyze, or use screenshots, clipboard contents, browsing data, or personal data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to its screenshot features.
Your choices
You choose when to capture a screenshot, where it is saved, and when it is deleted. You can delete saved screenshots and clipboard-history items through BeHeld or directly from your device.
Changes to this policy
If BeHeld’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect.
