Let's talk about anxiety.

Anxiety is felt by everyone and is a normal response to feelings of stress and being overwhelmed. During difficult times, like before a test or when a project is due, you should try to have ways to cope with your anxiety. It is important to also talk to a grown-up when you are feeling stressed because they (and I) would be happy to help you. :)
