The standard form is the most common way we represent a number. When you see numbers on a page, a street address, or a calendar, it is called, standard form.
2. Word Form
Sometimes you will see the numbers spelled out: Sixty-three students were on the bus.
3,456 in word form is three thousand, four hundred fifty-six.
If there is a 0 in a place such as 3,076, you just leave it out: Three thousand, seventy-six.
3. Expanded Form
This is the number with the value of each digit with a plus sign between each value.
