A. Information Collected Automatically: 

When the Game (SlingBug) creates save data on your device, certain game-related information may be stored locally on that device. This may include:

• Levels completed; 

• Items or features unlocked; 

• Other gameplay-related data. 

This information is stored locally on your device and is not wirelessly transmitted to us. We do not remotely access locally stored save data unless explicitly provided by you.

We may collect Personal Data you voluntarily provide when interacting with the Services, including:

• Feedback, suggestions, or bug reports;

Certain third-party services integrated with or linked through the Services may independently collect information. 

• Google Forms - When you submit a response through a Google Form linked through the Website or Game, Google may automatically record: 

• Submission timestamps; 

• Browser and device metadata; 

• Technical usage information associated with Google services.

• Diagnostic and transmission integrity data.

When purchasing or downloading the Game through Apple services, Apple may collect

When downloading or purchasing the Game through Google Play, Google may collect:

Children’s Privacy 

Slingbug is intended for a general audience and is designed to appeal to a broad range of players, including teenagers and adults. The Game is not primarily directed toward children under the age of 13, although some younger users may access or play the Game. 

The Game does not require users to create accounts, provide usernames, participate in multiplayer features, or directly submit Personal Data in order to play. Gameplay and save data are stored locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to us through the Game itself. 

Where limited information may be collected is through third-party services used in connection with the Services, such information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the policies and practices of those third parties. These third-party providers may include, but are not limited to, Google Forms, Google Sites, Google Play, Google Play Services, Apple App Store services, and Unity Technologies. Information collected by these providers may include technical device information, diagnostic information, app usage information, purchase-related information, cookies, or other data necessary to operate, maintain, distribute, secure, and improve their respective platforms and services. 

Any such collection is intended solely for purposes permitted under applicable law, including activities reasonably necessary to support the internal operations of the Game and related Services under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We do not knowingly use third-party services integrated with the Game to engage in behaviorally targeted advertising directed toward children under the age of 13. 

Because these third-party services operate independently from us, their collection, storage, and handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Users should review the applicable privacy policies of these providers before using the Services. 

The Google Form requests that individuals under the age of 18 do not submit personal information. 

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly engage in behaviorally targeted advertising directed toward children under 13 years of age. 

If you are a Child as defined under applicable law, please do not submit Personal Data to us through the Services.

Information submitted through Google Forms may be stored within Google Drive systems associated with the form owner. 

Information submitted through email communications may be stored within Google’s globally distributed data center infrastructure.

• Resolve disputes;
