My name is Patty Bee. I was raised in Hartford in a tough neighborhood surrounded by addiction, violence, and hardship. Despite the challenges around me, I chose to stand out rather than fall victim to my environment. From a young age, I had an entrepreneurial spirit—jumping into various business ventures, devouring self-development and business books, and becoming a self-taught “Jane of all trades.”

I’ve learned a little about everything: from business startups and bookkeeping to creating professional documents, web design, marketing, and more. Over the years, I’ve become the go-to person for family, colleagues, and professional settings when it comes to problem-solving and guidance.

For over 18 years, I’ve successfully run TAG Team Cleaning, a cleaning service business where I lead a team of amazing staff and give back is a core value.  We provide free cleanings to cancer patients every month. Beyond that, I’ve played a key role in growing the non-profit WISE Network Inc., serving on its executive board, leading committees, and connecting with other like-minded women.

Recently, the demand for my diverse skills and services led me to found Beehive Admin Group, where I help entrepreneurs and small business owners streamline their operations and grow with confidence.

I’m a Christian servant of God, proud mother of two young adult daughters, a middle school son, 2 bonus sons (that live in Germany), grandmother to twin 4-year-old boys, and wife to an amazing 27-year US Army veteran. My passion is serving others and spending quality time with my family. I also volunteer weekly at the "Come and See Pantry" through New Life Worship Center, where I am a member and lead several ministries.
