Greetings, My name is Brian Beecher (singer, songwriter, guitarist, and magician). As a professional musician, Director of Music, and Associate Dean, I specialize in creating high-engagement musical programs designed specifically for senior communities, churches, clubs, and organizations.
I provide a diverse musical tapestry tailored to your audience's interests. With a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I share music spanning hundreds of years; from formal operatic standards and nostalgic parlor and folk songs to modern-day hits and traditional hymns. To date, my repertoire spans over 15 hours of music, allowing me to pivot seamlessly between genres and styles to suit the mood of your event.
I focus on storytelling and nostalgia to foster meaningful engagement and positive connections to memories and major life events.
Music Standard Performance Fee: $150 per one-hour program.
What’s Included: A fully tailored repertoire, professional equipment, interactive storytelling, or magic by request.
Ideal For: Social hours, holiday parties, memory care engagement, special anniversary and birthday parties, and special community events.
We had a great time at StoryPoint Grand Rapids West. Rachel Beecher (Flute, Percussion, and Vocals), and I (Guitar and Vocals) had fun with the residents and staff. We loved their singing along with us and their dancing in the aisles. We also shared a short set of songs honoring the life of Dolly Parton. Thanks for having us!

Grand Rapids Community College, August 22, 2026
We had a great time at the Grand Rapids Community College Block Party. Mike Klawitter (Cajon, Congas, Percussion, and Vocals), Rachel Beecher (Flute, Percussion, and Vocals), and I (Guitar and Vocals) had fun with the students and staff. We loved the sing a-longs and student participation. We played over two and a half hours of hits and classics. Thanks for having us!

Greatest Hits 1 & 2 (Above & Below)
Holiday Favorites (Bottom)
The "Greatest Hits" Series: I offer a rotating series of one-hour programs designed to keep people engaged month after month. Each performance is a curated journey through time, blending musical excellence with historical storytelling.
Sock Hop & Early Rock ‘n’ Roll: A high-energy trip back to the gymnasium dances of the 1950s. We celebrate the legends who started it all, including The Beach Boys, The Everly Brothers, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Chubby Checker.
The Golden Age of Pop (50s, 60s, & 70s): A collection of the most requested radio hits from the 20th century. This repertoire features the timeless melodies of Elvis Presley, The Beatles, James Taylor, Elton John, and Simon & Garfunkel.
Folk Revival & Story Songs: Inspired by the coffeehouse era of the 1960s, this repertoire focuses on harmony and lyrical depth. We revisit favorites from Peter, Paul and Mary, Bob Dylan, and The Mamas & the Papas.
Traditional Hymns & Spirituals: A robust, faith-based repertoire designed for Sunday services or spiritual hours. We lift our voices to classics like "The Old Rugged Cross," "Blessed Assurance," and "Because He Lives."
Old World Folk & Roots: Reaching back to the foundations of melody, I perform hauntingly beautiful tunes such as "Greensleeves," "Scarborough Fair," and "The Ash Grove."
Nostalgic Americana & Parlor Songs: Perfect for history buffs, this repertoire explores the Gilded Age and Civil War era. We feature the works of Stephen Foster, Henry Clay Work, and Carrie Jacobs Bond, bringing the music of the 19th-century parlor to life.
Patriotic Celebrations: A stirring tribute to the American spirit, featuring anthems and songs that celebrate our shared heritage; ideal for Memorial Day, the 4th of July, or Veterans Day events.
Holiday & Christmas Classics: A seasonal favorite featuring everything from sacred carols to the Christmas hits of the 40s and 50s.
Original Works: A unique showcase featuring original compositions by Brian Beecher and Paulette Davis, including contemporary anthems and storytelling songs.
Interactive Magic (By Request): To add a spark of wonder to any social hour, I can incorporate professional close-up or stage magic. This is a fantastic way to break the ice and encourage community interaction.
