ABOUT US
Beech Elementary School PTO is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports Beech Elementary staff & students. Our PTO is comprised of volunteers who make up an elected Executive Board (President, VP, Secretary & Treasurer), as well as committee chairs and school representatives who act as the General Board. The board and coordinators have an open line of communication and generally meet once per month to conduct and discuss PTO business. Public meetings are typically held monthly and are open for the general school population to attend.
Fundraising
Each school year the BES PTO raises funds to provide various programs and activities around the school, including funding 100% of our Technology & STEAM teacher's salaries. When you make a donation to the PTO, you allow us to provide wonderful learning opportunities and resources for our student population. The following are typical ways in which the PTO raises funds each school year:
Annual Country Day & Auction (October)
School Spirit Wear Sales (Ongoing)
Spirit Nights at Local Businesses (Monthly/Bi-Monthly)
Cookie Dough & Popcorn Fundraiser (Winter)
Kroger Community Rewards & Mabel's Labels (Ongoing)
Volunteer Opportunities
