Modern and comfortable holiday home in the south of Italy, corresponding to the area named Salento in Apulia region. The house is located in the heart of Guagnano, province of Lecce.

Its construction dates back to 1950, but the house has been completely renovated in 2021 keeping its star vaulted ceilings, typical of the ancient houses in Salento.

The area around Guagnano is very rich in nature, art, food and wine, in fact many are the wineries for wine tastings of Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia.

The choice of places to visit is wide and diversified being Guagnano halfway between the Ionian and the Adriatic seas.

The wonderful white and sandy beaches of Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto and Porto Cesareo on the Ionian coast can be reached in just 20 minutes by car.

Many other places on the Adriatic coast and some ancient villages in the interior of Salento can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Free parking is right in front of the house.

A few meters from the residence you can find: bakery, gastronomy, restaurants, pastry bar, butcher, supermarkets, bank.

The bus stop to Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo is 100 metres away.

Lecce with its baroque art is 20 km away.

Brindisi Airport is 35 km from our holiday home.
