At Be Core app, we ensure you have full control over your personal data. If you decide that you no longer wish to use our services, you can request the deletion of your account at any time by following the steps below.
To ensure the security of your data, account deletion should preferably be initiated from within the application:
Go to Your Profile: Open the Be Core app and tap on the profile icon.
Click the "Delete Account" Button: Locate the account deletion option within the profile settings.
Wait for Processing: The system will process the request to remove your data.
Completion: Once finalized, your account will be permanently deleted and you will be automatically logged out of the application.
It is important to understand what happens to your information after deletion:
Information Deleted: Your email address and password will be permanently removed from our active databases.
Information Retained: We do not retain login credentials after the deletion process is complete.
Retention Period: Deletion occurs immediately upon confirmation within the app. Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.
