Becky Heimann is a printmaker and book maker from Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated from Ball State University in 2007 with a Bachelors of Fine Art and an emphasis in printmaking and books arts. Becky is passionate about the environment, and her work often celebrates the breathless beauty of our world. Her work is not meant to be a literal reflection of nature, but rather an emotional response to its ineffable beauty. Becky also takes inspiration from fairy tales and folk tales and is currently working on a book series that reimagines the visual elements of tales from around the world.

Becky lives with her husband, Matthew, her son, Oliver, and her beautiful cat, Cleo. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Her family loves to have adventures together, and they travel and camp as much as possible.

Matthew is also an artist and his work can be found here.
