Dr Nooraini Yusoff is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Data Science and Computing, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. She holds a BSc in Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence) and an MSc in Intelligent Systems from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and earned her PhD in Computational Neuroscience from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom, in 2012. With over 20 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and system integration, she has led and contributed to numerous national projects, including flood disaster management, graduate data analysis for the Ministry of Higher Education, ICT programme evaluations at Malaysian public universities, telecommunications fraud detection, and agricultural data analytics. Dr Nooraini has published widely in national and international journals and conferences, and serves as a reviewer for several reputable publications in her field.
Nazeerah Abdul Rahman is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Data Science and Computing, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (City Campus). She holds an MSc in Neuroscience from Universiti Sains Malaysia, specialising in computational neuroscience and artificial intelligence. Her doctoral research focuses on developing advanced algorithmic frameworks to address real-world challenges, particularly in neuromorphic computing. She has published in Neurocomputing (Elsevier), highlighting her contributions to the integration of neuroscience and artificial intelligence. Her dedication to research and innovation has earned her recognition as a promising scholar in the field.
