RED PRIDE BAND SCHOLARSHIP
Purpose This scholarship was set up to assist and award graduating seniors of Beaver Local High School Band who have plans to continue their education at a community college, trade school or university after graduating from BLHS. Students do not have to be pursuing a major in music at the college level to qualify.
Award Amount
Each year, the Red Pride Band Boosters will review the financial status of the Red Pride Band Boosters organization to determine if sufficient funds exist to provide one or more Red Pride Band Scholarships for the coming year. If funds are available, the Boosters determine the number of awards to be given for that year, as well as the amount for each award. There will be no requirement that awards be given in any year nor will awards be limited to just one person if agreed that multiple awards are available to be given in that year.
For 2025, the Red Pride Band Boosters approved to award 4 scholarships for $500 each.
