In July, Beavercreek Robotics hosts a summer camp to expose kids entering grades 5 & 6 to robotics skills utilizing vex robotics. Students will work with a partner under the direction of a robotics team member to learn and apply design, building, and programming skills. The activities will be centered around creating a robot to compete in a mini tournament at the end of the week. Kids will get a small taste of what a robotics season looks like for our middle school and high school teams. If your child is interested in hands-on experiential learning, this is a great opportunity for them.
