July 8: Miscellaneous Project Judging from 1:00-6:00 at the Junior Fair Building. There will be an assigned time for our club in the newsletter coming to you soon. This assigned time helps with the flow of people but if it doesn't work for you, come anytime but be sure to be in the doors by 5:30. Review your project requirements! Also, all information about times, what to wear, scoring system, and more are available here.
July 10: Livestock Interview Judging from 1:00-6:00 at the JFB. Same additional info as above.
July 13: Final meeting before Fair booth set up at Vetter's house
July 25: BCB Booth Set up at the Junior Fair Building
July 27: The booth/float committee has decided to participate in the fair parade with our group riding on a wagon with our club banner. We will meet for the parade around 6:00 with our BCB shirts on!
July 30: Milkshake Barn shift from 12:00-2:00
August 3: Milkshake Barn shift from 4:00-6:00
August 3: Pick up projects from the booth after our milkshake barn shift. Committee stays to take down booth decorations at/around 6:00.

Meeting times, locations, and activities are subject to change. You will be notified as promptly as possible if there is a change in this meeting schedule. It is your responsibility as a 4-H member to attend meetings and turn your paperwork in on time. If you miss a meeting, you must bring your paperwork to the proper location; Extension Office or Fairgrounds.
* Note on Livestock Quality Assurance - quality assurance is a state requirement for animals who enter the food chain. LIVESTOCK MEMBERS MUST ATTEND EITHER ONE OF THESE TRAININGS OR OUR CLUB TRAINING IN APRIL
