Welcome to BeautyAI - Makeup & Glow ("we," "our," or "the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using BeautyAI, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Agreement").
Important Note: This App does not require an account or login. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
No Account Required: You do not need to register, provide a name, email, or password.
No Stored Personal Data: We do not store, save, or retain any personal information on our servers.
No Sharing or Selling: We never sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties.
All photos uploaded for AI Makeup Transfer, Face Analysis, Skin Analysis, or Celebrity Lookalike Match are processed locally or in real-time.
Images are sent to our AI servers only for the duration of processing (typically a few seconds).
Immediate Deletion: Photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the AI result is generated.
We do not use your photos to train our AI models.
Live camera access for Virtual Try-On is used only for real-time rendering.
No video, no frames, and no images are recorded, saved, or transmitted to our servers.
We use standard Apple App Store analytics (anonymous, aggregated data only).
Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple (Apple ID). We never see or store your payment information.
BeautyAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly process data from minors.
We use secure AI processing providers, but all are contractually bound to delete images immediately and not retain any data.
By using BeautyAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BeautyAI for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the App or its AI features.
You confirm you own or have permission to use any photo you upload.
You will not upload photos that are illegal, obscene, harassing, or infringe on anyone’s copyright or privacy.
You agree not to use BeautyAI for medical diagnosis or as a substitute for professional dermatological advice.
AI analysis (face shape, skin type, color season, etc.) is generated by artificial intelligence and is for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Results may not be 100% accurate. We do not guarantee that makeup recommendations or skin analysis match professional dermatology assessments.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
Weekly, Monthly, and Annual plans.
Benefits: Unlimited AI generations, no ads, all features unlocked, priority support.
Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings (not within the App).
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All transactions are handled by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests. We cannot process refunds directly.
BeautyAI does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional beauty advice. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Consult a licensed professional (dermatologist, doctor, or esthetician) before trying new beauty products, treatments, or skincare routines.
The App, its code, design, and "BeautyAI" name are our property.
You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. We claim no rights to your images.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeautyAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to skin reactions, dissatisfaction with AI results, or reliance on beauty analysis.
We may update this Privacy Policy & Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
