Welcome to BeautyAI - Makeup & Glow (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using BeautyAI, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (“Agreement”).
BeautyAI does not require an account or login. You can use the App without creating a username, email, or password.
This policy describes how the App actually works today, including AI photo processing, advertising, and consumable in-app credit purchases.
We do not require registration. We do not ask for your name, email, or password to use the App.
Depending on the features you use, the App may process:
Photos you choose to upload (selfies or other images) for AI features
On-device settings such as language preference, credit balance, and whether you have used the Makeup Transfer free trial
Purchase information handled by Apple (we do not receive your payment card details)
Advertising identifiers and ad performance data if you allow tracking
Basic technical information needed to run the App (for example, device type, iOS version, crash or network errors)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
BeautyAI is not a fully on-device AI app. When you use an AI feature, the photo you select is sent over the internet to third-party AI providers so the App can return a result. This may include:
Makeup Transfer
Face Analysis
Skin Analysis
Color Season
Beauty Chat (if you attach a photo)
Hair Color Try-On
Celebrity Lookalike Match
Style Guide and similar photo-based tools
Photos are used only to generate the result you requested. We do not use your photos to train our own public AI models.
We do not operate a user photo gallery on our servers. After processing, we do not keep your photos for marketing or profiling. Third-party AI providers process images under their own terms and for the limited purpose of returning the requested result.
You should only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
BeautyAI uses the Photo Library so you can pick a selfie or other image for AI features. You can save generated looks back to Photos if you choose.
The App does not include live AR / real-time camera try-on. We do not record your camera stream, and we do not use live camera frames for virtual makeup overlay.
If iOS Photo Picker lets you take a new selfie, that image is used only for the feature you selected.
You can deny Photo Library access and still open the App. Photo-based AI features will not work until access is granted.
BeautyAI sells consumable credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase. Credits are used to run AI features (1 credit = 1 AI feature use). Makeup Transfer includes a one-time free trial. Daily Tips is free.
Credits are a one-time purchase. They are not an auto-renewing subscription. Unused credits do not expire.
All payments are processed by Apple. We never see or store your full payment card information. Consumable credits cannot be restored like subscriptions. Your remaining credit balance is stored on the device.
The App shows ads (including banner, native, interstitial, app open, and rewarded ads) through Google AdMob to users who have not purchased credits.
If you allow App Tracking Transparency, ads may be personalized. If you do not allow tracking, you can still use the App; ads may be less relevant.
Watching a rewarded ad is optional and is only used as an alternative to buying credits on the credits screen.
To operate the App we use third-party services, including:
Apple — App Store, In-App Purchase, and standard Apple analytics
OpenAI — AI text and image features such as makeup transfer, analysis, chat, and recommendations
LightX / image processing partners — hair color try-on and related image generation
Google Firebase — remote configuration of ad unit IDs and service keys
Google AdMob — advertising
These providers may receive the data needed to provide their service (for example, a photo you upload for an AI result, or an advertising identifier if you allow tracking). They process that data under their own privacy policies.
BeautyAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it where we can.
Credit balance and app preferences are stored on your device
You can reset local preferences in Settings
You can revoke Photo Library, Tracking, and notification permissions in iOS Settings

Because we do not create user accounts, we cannot look up a cloud profile by email login. If you contact us, tell us the App name, iOS version, and what you need deleted or explained.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use BeautyAI.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BeautyAI for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the App or its AI features.
You own or have permission to use any photo you upload
You will not upload illegal, obscene, harassing, or infringing content
You will not use BeautyAI for medical diagnosis or as a substitute for professional dermatological advice
AI results (face shape, skin type, color season, makeup, hair color, celebrity match, routines, and product ideas) are for entertainment and information only. Results may be inaccurate. They are not a medical, dermatology, or professional beauty diagnosis.
The App offers optional consumable credit packs purchased with Apple In-App Purchase:

250 Credits
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. This is not a weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewing subscription. There is no BeautyAI Pro subscription in the current App.
Credits unlock additional AI uses. They do not expire. Ads may still appear until credits are purchased. Makeup Transfer includes one free trial use.
If a purchase fails, is pending parental approval, or is refunded by Apple, we follow Apple’s transaction result.
All payments are handled by Apple. For refund requests, use Apple Support or Report a Problem. We cannot process card refunds directly.
BeautyAI does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional beauty advice. Consult a licensed professional before trying new products, treatments, or skincare routines.
The App, its code, design, and the BeautyAI name are our property. You keep ownership of photos you upload. We claim no rights to your images except the limited right to send them to AI providers to generate the result you requested.
We may suspend or stop providing the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law or Apple.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeautyAI and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including skin reactions, dissatisfaction with AI results, or reliance on beauty analysis.
We may update this Agreement. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
