Account Deletion Request

We respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to delete your account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You have two options to request account deletion:

Option 1: Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)

1. Open the app

2. Navigate to your account settings.

3. Look for the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the page. (See picture below)

4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your deletion request.

5. Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.

This is the quickest way to delete your account and associated data.

Option 2: Email Us

If you prefer to request account deletion via email, please send a request to bhphighpoint@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your registered email address or phone number so we can identify your account.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 2 business day .

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following personal information is permanently deleted from our servers:

• Email address

• Phone number

• Name

• Address

• Account credentials and login information

• Any associated account settings and preferences

Data Retention

All personal data associated with your account is deleted immediately upon your deletion request. We do not retain copies of your personal information after account deletion, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or legal compliance.

In rare cases, we may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify you personally.
