This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the mobile application.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Process

The App may process:

• Photos selected or captured by you for editing.

• Generated images created from your selected photos.

• Limited technical data, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash information, and feature usage.

• Information voluntarily provided when contacting support.

The App does not automatically access your entire photo library.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

• Provide requested hair, makeup, nail, and appearance-editing features.

• Generate and display edited images.

• Maintain, secure, and improve the App.

• Diagnose errors and respond to support requests.

• Prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Photo and Facial Image Processing

Photos are processed only after you select an image and request an editing operation.

Selected photos are transmitted to external processing services solely to create the requested result. The App does not use facial images for identity recognition, biometric identification, or authentication.

We do not maintain a permanent personal photo library on our own systems. Images may be temporarily processed or retained by service providers as necessary to complete the request and operate their services.

Generated images are saved to your device only when you choose to download them.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party providers for image processing, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and in-app purchases.

These providers may process limited information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App’s functions, resolve technical issues, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements.

Photos and generated results may be temporarily retained by processing providers. Images saved to your device remain there until you delete them.

7. Permissions

The App may request access to:

• Photos or the system photo picker, so you can select an image.

• Camera, when you choose to capture a new photo.

• Internet, to process images.

• Device storage or media access, when required to save results.

Permissions are used only for the features you choose to use.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Choices

You may choose not to upload a photo or grant optional permissions. You may also request information, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

Deleting the App does not automatically delete images previously saved to your device.

10. Data Deletion

You can delete your personal data directly within the Hair Color Changer: AI Hair application. Simply navigate to Settings > Delete Data and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that this process is immediate and permanent. 

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
