By commissioning me, it means you have read and agree to my terms of service. If you break my terms of service, I will contact you to give you one warning. If you break it again, you will be blocked and blacklisted.
↠ DO NOT use ai on my art, use my art to train ai, etc. This will result in an immediate block and blacklist.
↠ Do not commission me to draw characters belonging to someone who has been blacklisted.
↠ Please do not make edits to my artwork. If you want something small added, changed, or adjusted I don't mind doing it for free even after completion!
↠ Please do not sell/resell my artwork. This includes on prints, stickers, keychains, etc.
↠ Always credit me for my art or designs.
↠ For adopts or customs you are completely free to make changes to the design!
↠ Feral/quadruped characters
↠ Anthro characters
↠ Human/humanoid
↠ Ponies (MLP)
↠ Ship Art (oc x oc /oc x canon, etc.)
↠ Fully capable of drawing people of color and ethnic features, as well as various body types
↠ Mecha
↠ Problematic ships (incest, child x adult, etc.)
Disclaimer:
I have the right to deny a commission for any reason, even if its something not explicitly stated in my "will not draw" list.
I only take USD via Cashapp and Paypal currently.
I request payment in full after the sketch is done. If payment is postponed for any reason, I'll put the commission on hold until I receive it without any further fees.
In general, commissions may take me a month to complete, though this may vary for larger pieces ($30+). Regardless, I try my best to keep clients updated on estimated completion times and delays.
Depending on the status of the commission, you may either be eligible a full or partial refund.
Sketching phase - Full refund (if paid upfront)
Lineart phase - Full or 90% refund
Coloring phase - 50% to 70% refund
Rendering phase - 20% to 40% refund
Anything past that until completion I may give a 10% refund, but its not guarenteed.
