End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and the creators of the Beast Guide Companion App ("Developers"). By downloading, installing, or using the Beast Guide Companion App ("App"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant

The Developers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All content within the App, including software, graphics, and text, is the property of the Developers or is used with explicit permission from the respective content creators.

• The Beast Guide Companion App, including its software, design, graphics, and content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Credit is provided for third-party intellectual property where applicable.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without explicit written permission from the Developers or the respective intellectual property owner.

• The Developers of the Beastlord game and its official “agents” (including Official Beastlord Discord staff or representatives) do not own, control, or have any rights to the Beast Guide Companion App.

• Any attempt by external parties, including Beastlord developers or agents, to claim ownership of the Beast Guide Companion App is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

2. Use the App to engage in illegal activities.

3. Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates intellectual property laws.

4. Share or transfer this license to another party.

5. Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

6. Claim affiliation with, ownership of, or misrepresent the Beastlord game or the Beast Guide Companion App.

4. In-App Purchases

• Optional in-app purchases (e.g., profile picture uploads, picture frames, extra game chances) are processed through third-party platforms like the Google Play Store.

• All payments are final, and refunds are only provided as required by law or by the platform’s policies.

• If an in-app purchase fails to deliver (e.g., a profile frame not appearing), you must contact helpdeskbgca@gmail.com before requesting a refund through the Google Play Store.

• Failure to contact the Developers’ help desk and allow reasonable time for a response and resolution before requesting a refund through the Play Store may result in your account being banned from the App.

5. Privacy Policy

The App collects and stores user email addresses solely for login purposes. Email addresses are not verified or used for communications.

The App also collects non-personal data, including:

• IP addresses: Used for analytics, security, and App improvement.

• General location data: Used for App functionality and analytics.

Optional profile pictures uploaded by users are stored securely and can be deleted at any time. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of this data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs all matters related to data collection, use, and user privacy rights.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or the Developers.

• The Developers may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, if you breach its terms.

• Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• The Developers do not guarantee the App will operate without interruption, errors, or harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

1. The Developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of the App.

2. The Developers' total liability for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount paid by the User for the App (if any).

3. This limitation applies even if the Developers were advised of such damages.

4. The Developers are not liable for damages resulting from gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or statutory rights violations, except where such liability cannot be excluded under California law.

9. Updates and Modifications

The Developers reserve the right to update or modify the App at any time, with or without prior notice. Updates may be automatically applied, and this Agreement will apply to all updates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

Welcome to the Beast Guide Companion App ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the creators of the App ("Developers," "we," "us," or "our"). The Beast Guide Companion App is a companion app for the Beastlord game. The Developers are not affiliated with, nor do they claim rights to, the Beastlord game owned by Starunion.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must not share them.

• You may upload an optional profile picture after paying a fee through the Google Play Store.

• Profile pictures can be changed or removed at any time.

4. In-App Purchases

• Optional in-app purchases (e.g., profile picture uploads, picture frames, extra game chances) are processed through the Google Play Store.

• All payments are final, and refunds are provided only as required by law or the Play Store’s policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.

3. Interfere with the App’s security, functionality, or performance.

4. Upload offensive, harmful, or rights-violating content.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content in the App, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by the Developers or licensed with proper credit to content creators.

• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs all matters related to data collection, use, and user privacy rights.

8. Information Collection

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Developers are not liable for damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or inability to use the App.

• The App is provided "as is," with no guarantees regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting in the App or notifying users. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

13. Governing Law
