Thank you for playing Panda Hunt. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Panda Hunt is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information

• Location data or GPS coordinates

• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or unique hardware identifiers

• Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry data

• Payment information (all in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple)

• Photos, camera, or microphone data

• Contacts or calendar information

• Any data from third-party services or social networks

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Panda Hunt saves certain game data directly on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. Locally stored data includes:

• Game progress (current world, level, and completion status)

• Inventory items (gems, hints, sprays, shields, and other in-game items)

• Daily spin records (to track free and paid spins used each day)

• Puzzle piece collection progress

• Sound and haptics preferences

This data exists solely to provide you with a consistent gameplay experience across sessions. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

3. Internet Connection

Panda Hunt’s core gameplay functions entirely offline. Certain optional features — including Game Center leaderboards and achievements, and in-app gem purchases — require an internet connection and communicate directly with Apple’s servers. We do not operate our own servers and do not receive or store any data from these features.

4. Third-Party Services

Panda Hunt does not integrate any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social features. We do not use:

• Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar analytics platforms

• Facebook SDK or any social login services

• Advertising networks or ad tracking SDKs

• Crash reporting services (e.g. Crashlytics, Sentry)

• Any other third-party data collection tools

Panda Hunt does use Apple’s own first-party frameworks — Game Center and StoreKit — which are described in detail below.

Game Center

Panda Hunt uses Apple’s Game Center service to provide leaderboard and achievement functionality. When you use Game Center features, Apple may collect certain information including your Game Center alias, scores, and achievements.

We do not directly collect, store, or share any Game Center data. All Game Center data is managed by Apple in accordance with their Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Use of Game Center is optional. You may disable Game Center at any time through your device’s Settings.

5. In-App Purchases

Panda Hunt may offer optional in-app purchases (such as gems). All purchase transactions are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID credentials. 6. Children's Privacy

Panda Hunt is suitable for players of all ages, including children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, we are in full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines for apps directed at children.

Parents and guardians can feel confident that Panda Hunt does not collect, use, or share any personal data from their children.

7. Device Permissions

Panda Hunt requests the following device permissions, solely to provide core gameplay features:

• Audio playback — to play background music and sound effects. No audio is recorded.

• Haptics (vibration) — to provide tactile feedback during gameplay. This can be disabled in Settings.

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive device feature.

8. Data Security

Since Panda Hunt does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no personal information that could be compromised in a data breach. All game data is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features (e.g., device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain any personal data because we do not collect any. Game progress and preferences stored locally on your device are retained until you:

• Delete the app from your device

• Clear the app's data through your device settings

• Reset your device to factory settings

Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored game data.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify users through an app update. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of Panda Hunt after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

11. Your Rights

Because Panda Hunt does not collect any personal information, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on request. Your game data is entirely under your own control on your device.
