Bear Creek FFA are encouraged but not required to run for leadership opportunities such as Committee Chair, Chapter Office, Sectional Office, Regional Office and State Office. Students are also given opportunities to attend a variety of leadership conferences, compete in public speaking contests, and compete in career development Contests.
