There are many ways we are providing to help earn towards your players program dues and Varsity Tournament/LV Spring Trip fees.

January Superbowl Squares 

•Earn credit towards your players account during January's Superbowl Square Raffle.  We will be organizing Super Bowl Squares for 2025. 

Host a car show 

Bear creek diamond club will COLLABORATE with any car club.  

Bear Creek Baseball Banner Sales

Option 1: $125.00:  8 ft x  2ft vinyl banner with company-specific signage/logo   Displayed along outfield fence during the season  Displayed around athletic facility before and after until the end of the school year Option 2: $200:  8 ft x 2 ft vinyl banner with company-specific signage/logo   Displayed along outfield fence during the season  Displayed around athletic facility before and after until the end of the school year  Sponsorship announcement during home games for the varsity season  Banner sponsorships are through an agreement with Jefferson County Schools. The baseball program agrees to take down banners after the end of the school year and either return them to the sponsoring company, hold them for the following year based on interest in renewing the sponsorship agreement, or dispose of the banner.  

King Soopers Rewards Cards: 

Earn a small percentage of all purchases quarterly from your card at any King Soopers/Kroger store. Separate cards are no longer needed for this program. Sign up, have your friends and family sign up, and send us a screenshot of your confirmation page.

The more King Soopers Rewards accounts we sign up for, the more we will collect for our players.  

Instructions on how to connect your rewards card to our program can be found on our King Soopers page. To have your quarterly earnings applied to your player account, please send a screenshot to bearcreekdiamondclub@gmail.com.  

Quarter 3 earnings are due no later than 12/31/24

Quarter 4 earnings are due no later than 3/3/25

Quarter 1 earnings are due no later than 6/30/25

Quarter 2 earnings are due no later than 9/30/25

The Diamond Club is not responsible for missed opportunities to share your earnings each quarter.  We will be sending out reminders each quarter, but it is your responsibility to email the screenshots of each quarters earnings. 

The earnings that are not accounted for each quarter will become part of the program's monies dedicated to improving the program through field improvements and equipment updates.
