Corporate Sponsorship 2025-2026

Are you or do you know of a business that would like to sponsor Bear Canyon Elementary School PTA? If you are a Bear Canyon Elementary parent, friend, relative, or local community business and your place of business would like to become a corporate sponsor for our school, we would love to have your support! Bear Canyon Elementary PTA has sponsorship levels that allow businesses to invest in our school and demonstrate its commitment to improving the life and education of each student at Bear Canyon Elementary.

With a minimum donation of $250 your business name, logo, and company website link will be listed on the BCE PTA website. Bear Canyon Elementary PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID - 84-1281655). Contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Confirm with your tax advisor as all or part of your gift may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution. 

Sponsorship monies are distributed for BCE educational enrichment, classroom supplies, annual events, and more. There are four levels of Annual Corporate Sponsors – Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and this year we have created a Copper level designated for small home-based businesses only. Details on each level are listed below. To ensure your business logo is included on the school spirit shirts, the deadline for 2025-2026 sponsorship payment is September 5, 2025.

If you are interested in becoming a Bear Canyon Elementary School PTA Corporate Sponsor, simply complete this form and mail it to Bear Canyon Elementary PTA. Payments can be sent via checks made payable to “Bear Canyon Elementary PTA”, or pay online.

The earlier you become a business sponsor, the more exposure your company will have to our school community!
