Service Delivery
Beacon Restoration Ministries provides faith-based restoration coaching services. All coaching services are delivered in person, online, or as otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking. No physical products are shipped.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality coaching and support to every client. However, because coaching services involve personalized guidance and time-sensitive sessions, we do not provide refunds once a session has been scheduled and confirmed.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Beacon Restoration Ministries.
Billing
All payments for services are processed securely through the agreed method.
Billing information is retained only for administrative and accounting purposes.
Receipts or invoices are provided upon request.
