BeaconAI Tools ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by BeaconAI. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the app:

- Device information: OS version and device model, used only for crash diagnostics.

- App preferences: Theme, units, and display settings stored locally on your device.

- Feedback submissions: If you submit a bug report or suggestion, your message is sent to our support email. No account is required.

We do NOT collect:

- Your name, email, or any personal identifiers (unless you include them in feedback)

- Location data

- Camera or microphone data beyond what is processed locally for QR scanning and Notes Capture

- Any data sold to or shared with advertisers

2. CAMERA & MICROPHONE

The QR Scanner and Notes Capture tools use your camera. Images are processed on-device and are never uploaded or stored by us.

3. ADVERTISING

The free tier of BeaconAI Tools displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data per their own privacy policy. Tactical/Night mode suppresses all ads regardless of your subscription status. The paid tier is completely ad-free.

4. DATA STORAGE

All app data (habits, saved notes, passwords, world clock cities, etc.) is stored locally on your device using Android's standard storage. We have no access to this data. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

- Google AdMob (free tier only) — ad serving

- Google Play — app distribution and purchase management

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

BeaconAI Tools is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
