This attractive well equipped three storey house is situated in the heart of Downalong, the artists' quarter of St Ives. This thin strip of land separates The Harbour from Porthmeor surfing beach. It’s therefore a short walk from The Tate Gallery, St Ives School of Painting's Porthmeor Studios, St.Ives Surf School, the Harbour, beaches and shops.
Tastefully modernised, comfortably furnished and with gas central heating it is suitable for summer and winter breaks.
Following an extensive refurbishment all rooms are now en-suite, with Wi-Fi, TV & beverage tray.
Beachside Guest House is managed personally by the owner.
