Where is the home located?
Our townhouse is in the Tanglewood Community of Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach.

How far is it from the Ocean?
We are a 5 minute drive from the ocean. The resort does offer free shuttle service as well between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
How far is it from the Pool?
less than a 5 minute walk to the Tanglewood Pool. Bathrooms located at the Pool. Large North Tower pool is about a 2 minute drive away.
How many does it sleep?
8 - 10 people.

2nd Bedroom - Full Bed (2 people)
3rd Bedroom - two twin beds (2 people)
Loft - Futon (2 people)
Living Room - sleeper sofa (2 people)

When is Check-In & Check-out?
4 PM Check-In
10 AM Check-out (allows the unit to be cleaned between rentals)
Pets Allowed?
No, HOA policy does not allow renters to bring pets.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the townhouse or on the back porch. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the grass or bushes.
Any other fees?
No. Taxes, Cleaning & Linens (bed sheets & bath towels) fees already included in pricing (see our Pricing Page)
Are there keys?
No, access code will be provided 1 week before check-in.
Handicap Accessible?
Yes! Master Bedroom & Bath, Living Room, Kitchen all located on 1st floor. Other bedrooms are on 2nd floor.
Can I bring my motorcycle down?
No, Barefoot Resort does not allow motorcycles, trailers or RVs
Where can I park?
Driveway fits 1 car and additional parking is located directly across from the driveway which is shared with our neighbors

Who are we?
We are Paul & Monica Church and we live fulltime in Northern NJ with our two teenagers, dog and two cats. We both work full-time as well as being chauffeurs to our kids for their sports and activities. Our goal is to eventually retire to North Myrtle but in the meantime we want to share our home away from home with others.
