We specialize in short-term rental cleaning.

Rental Turn-over Cleaning Includes:

Dusting/Wiping all surfaces
Clean & squeegee all windows and glass
Clean & disinfect tubs, toilets, sinks, and countertops
Clean & disinfect fridges, stovetops, microwaves, countertops, cabinet doors, sinks, and drawers
Run and empty dishwasher
Dust off sand from couches & under cushions
Vacuum floors
Mop floors
Change linens on beds
Replace towels in bathrooms
Replace kitchen towels
Replace all used trash bags
Remove any trash
Set out soaps, sponges, etc.
Set out toilet paper and paper towels
Any special requests by owner
Set out parking passes & bands (if applicable)

Bathrooms

All full baths are supplied with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 1 make-up remove, and 1 body soap.

Half baths are supplied with toilet paper, 1 make-up remover, and 1 body soap.

Guests get an unused roll every turn!

Kitchens

Kitchens are supplied with paper towels, dish soap, a wrapped sponge, and 2 dishwasher pods.

Guests get an unused paper towel every turn!

Required of Owners

We ask that all units have at least enough linens for 2 turns. Having more than that is recommended to replace stained linens as needed. This is to ensure that cleaners are going into units with a full set of laundry for linen changes. The dirty laundry will be removed from all units and done off site.

We recommended providing at least 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for how many your rental sleeps and 2 hand cloths per bathroom.

Additional services (for additional fees) can include:

Replacing batteries
Replacing light bulbs
Replacing air filters monthly
Snaking sinks and tubs
Letting you deliver packages to us, such as coffee makers, to replace them in unit, so you don't have to!

It's all in the details!

To add a special touch to your rental, we tie each roll of toilet paper and paper towels with jute cord. We set out towels folded in a unique way with toiletries displayed on top to welcome guests.

Deep Cleans

We recommend deep cleaning when the season slows down to have the freshest start possible for the busy season.

This includes all the turn-over services plus a more in-depth clean, such as cleaning out kitchen cabinets and moving and cleaning behind appliances. This can vary between units, so call for more information about a deep clean specialized to you!
