After your session time is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with preparation details and online setup instructions.
The Container
The session is two hours.
The work happens inside the session.
Outside the session, messages are for scheduling, payment, and setup.
I am not available by text or email for processing after the session unless we have explicitly agreed to that.
After the Session
The aftershock is not limited to those two hours. The field unfolds after the session ends. In your body, your relationship, and the way life meets you.
