+ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

+ I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, to anyone, if I deem the request to be controversial in my judgement.

+ I reserve the right to adjust the price of the commission in terms of complexity of said character.

+ By purchasing a digital commission, the client (meaning you, the person who is purchasing from me) acknowledges that there will be no shipment of any kind.

Usage 

+ Can be use for Personal use (ex. Printing for yourself, icons, banners, wallpaper, decorating your web spaces, etc.). 

+ I retain the rights to the original artwork for portfolio purpose only. The rights to the character belongs to the client or the official license holders.

+ IF the commission is for redistribution for future profit and or advertisement, present an ‘Artist Licensing' contract, other contracts may be provided when needed

Refund / Payment

+ The Client acknowledges and accepts the prices of the commission 

+ The client acknowledges and accepts that refunds are not available when the commission is more than 50% done or done completely.
